I have been in lending for 15 years, working at big banks, community banks, and mortgage companies. I now call Fairway Independent Mortgage Corporation home, and love working for a company that cares about its employees, customers and communities. 

I enjoy working with first time home buyers who are using any of the great loan options open to them, like Maine State Housing Authority, Rural Housing and FHA, as well as the Conventional first time home buyer programs. I also work with borrowers who are buying a second home, or down-sizing and buying the home they will live in after they retire. I’m experienced in VA loans, Renovation loans, and other specialty loan programs. I can assist borrowers with less than perfect credit to get a home loan, too. Whatever the particular circumstances, I’m happy to work with any borrowers to help them find the right mortgage.
